Do you have the recipe for Broccoli and Cauliflower Salad from Morrison's Cafeteria?
Thank you!

Hello Ann Marie,
There is no recipe for this salad in my copy of the Morrison's Kitchen Manual,
nor can I find any mention of it in any of my sources. I have sent requests to
former Morrison's employees of my acquaintance. If they have it, I will send it
on to you. I will also post this for reader input.

Hello Ann Marie,
I just received the recipe from James, a former Morrison's manager. The below is from the Morrison's Kitchen Manual.
Phaed
Morrison's Broccoli and Cauliflower Salad
YIELD: 27 – 3 oz. Portions
1 lb. Fresh broccoli (clean weight)
1 lb. Fresh Cauliflower (clean weight)
1/2 lb. Bell Peppers
1/2 lb Celery
1/2 lb. Tomatoes
1 lb Mayonnaise
1/4 lb Cheddar Cheese
1/4 lb. Green Olives, crushed
Cut Broccoli and cauliflower into ¾ inch squares.
Dice Bell Pepper into 1/2 in squares, add to mixture.
Dice celery into 1/8 inch cuts, add to mixture.
Julienne tomatoes into 1/2 inch strips, add half to mixture.
Add Mayonnaise and mix together. Put into serving bowl.
Garnish with diced bell peppers, tomatoes, crushed green olives and cheese grated on large hand grater.
Individual portions served in vegetable dish with lettuce buildup and leaf lettuce underneath.
Notes: Must use fresh broccoli and cauliflower.
Healthcare version – Omit cheese and olives. Substitute salad dressing for Mayonnaise.
