Tower Kitchen was where the Detroit Free Press food writers developed and tested recipes before they were published
in the "Food" section of the newspaper
As far as online recipes, I can only find two, "Sauerkraut Chocolate Cake" and "Corn Chowder":

However, Detroit Free Press published at least three cookbooks of "Tower Kitchen" recipes: one by Nettie Duffield, one by Kay Savage, and another by Carol Haddix. You can buy used copies of these online at these sites:
