I am looking for a pumpkin cupcake like a black bottom cupcake that has the cream in the middle.
Thank You
Theresa
Hi Theresa,
I need more details. The cupcakes are chocolate? Are they frosted? What kind of frosting? What flavor is the cream? Where did you have them?
Meantime, here’s a recipe that I came across:

It is a pumpkin cupcake with a cream cheese filling it doesn't have a frosting. A friend of mine was telling me about them she had one at someone’s house.
Hi Theresa,
There is no way for me to find a specific recipe without having a specific name for the recipe and/or knowing something unique about the recipe that would a
llow me to identify it from among all the other similar recipes.
All of these sites have recipes for pumpkin cupcakes with cream cheese filling:
Iowa State Fair Pumpkin Cupcakes
WRIC Pumpkin Cupcakes
Self-Filling Pumpkin Cupcakes
Jennifer's Collection Pumpkin Cupcakes
Spiced Pumpkin Cupcakes
Cream Cheese Pumpkin Cupcakes
Brown Sugar Pumpkin Cupcakes

Subject: Need instruction
Hi! Years ago I made a gingerbread house made out of sugar wafer cookies. The cookies that are long wafer type cookie with filling inside.
I just can not remember what magazine it was in but in was back in the 1980's.
Thanks
Debbie
Hi Debbie,
No way for me to find your particular recipe without at least knowing the name of the magazine.
Since it’s not made of gingerbread, let’s call this a “sugar wafer house”, ok?
I did find instructions for a sugar wafer house – no magazine mentioned – here:

I found this while looking for something else.

I could not locate the e-mail, but I seem to recall a request for this at some point in the misty past. This link was sent in by a reader:
