Maybe someone who has the cards will contact me. Meanwhile, recipes that I could locate
with the same names as those on your list are below. I could not locate a recipe for
"mustardy salmon spread."

Tuna Puff Sandwiches
7 oz can flaked white tuna, drained
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp chopped green pepper
1 1/2 tsp prepared mustard
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp grated onion
3 hamburger buns, split
6 tomato slices
Blend the first 6 ingredients and pile on the hamburger buns.
Cover with the tomato slices and broil 4 inches from the heat until
the topping puffs and browns.
Curried Seafood Delight
Prep Time:30 Minutes
Oven Temperature:350 F
Baking Time:25 To 30 Minutes
Makes Four Servings:
1 Can (6 To 61/2 Oz) Crab Meat Drained
1 Can (6 To 61/2 Oz) Water Packed Tuna, Drained
2 Hard Cooked Eggs Chopped
1 Large Apple,Cored,Unpared,Coarsely Chopped
1 Tbsp Butter Or Marg
1/4 Chopped Green Pepper
4 Shallots Or Green Onion,Chopped
1 To 2 Tbsp Curry Powder
1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
2 Cups Half And Half
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1/2 Cup Soft Bread Crumbs
2 Tbsp Melted Butter Or Margarine
Tips:You Can Make The Dish Ahead Of Time,Cover And Refrigerate
Then Bake When Ready
Preparation:
In large mixing bowl,fold together crab meat,tuna,eggs and apple
melt butter in large skillet add green pepper and shallots saute
2 mins over medium heat stir in curry and flour until well blended
slowly add half and half and cook,stirring until mixture boils and
thickens.
Season with salt and pepper and pour sauce over crab meat mixture
in bowl
fold to blend well
turn into buttered shallow augratin dish blend crumbs and melted
butter
sprinkle over the top
bake at 350 f for 25 to 30 mins until crumbs are crisp and mixture
is heated through
Cheese Pumpkin Soup
1/2 c. sliced green onions- with tops
2 tbsp. butter2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. milk
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) chicken- broth
1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar- cheese
Sliced tomatoes, shredded Cheese & sliced green onions,- optional
1. In large, heavy saucepan, lightly saute green onions in the butter.
2. Stir in flour, seasoned salt, nutmeg and cinnamon. Remove from heat.
Add milk and chicken broth.Cook, stirring, about 15 minutes until
thickened.
3. Blend in pumpkin. Simmer 5 minutes longer, stirring frequently.
Add cheese. Stir until melted.
4. Ladle into soup bowls. Top each serving, if desired, with a slice
of tomato, sprinkled with cheese and green onions.
Makes 4 servings.
High-protein Blueberry Muffins
1/4 c Butter or margarine
1/3 c Brown sugar, packed
1 Egg
1 1/2 c Whole wheat flour
1/3 c Wheat germ
1/4 c Dry milk
1 1/2 ts Baking powder
1 c Milk
1 c Fresh/frozen blueberries
1/4 c Brown sugar, packed
1/3 c Whole wheat flour
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/4 c Butter or margarine
Cream together butter and sugar. Beat in the egg.
In another bowl, combine whole wheat flour, wheat germ, dry milk
and baking powder mixing well.
Add dry ingredients alternately with milk to the butter mixture.
Stir until combined, but do not overbeat. Fold in blueberries.
Fill greased muffin pans. Sprinkle Crumb Topping over each muffin.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Let muffins cool a few minutes
before removing from pan.
Crumb Topping: Combine 1/4 cup packed, brown sugar with 1/3 cup whole
wheat flour and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Cut in 1/4 cup butter or margarine.
Quick Milk Chocolate Fudge
1 package milk chocolate chips -- (12 ounces)
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped walnuts
1. Put chocolate chips in top of double boiler. Place over hot
(not boiling) water. Stir until melted.
2. Add condensed milk, butter and vanilla. Blend until butter is
mixed into the chocolate. Stir in nuts.
3. Spread into lightly oiled 4-by-8 inch loaf pan or 8 inch square
pan.Cool until set and firm. Cut into squares.
