Afternoon,
I seeking a recipe for sweet dill pickles that I used to eat at the Nutt House
in Granbury, Texas. I had it once because they would let you copy any of their
recipes but somewhere in life I lost it. I would like to have it again.
Thanks, Anice
Hello Anice,
No luck with a recipe from The Nutt House. There are sweet dill pickle recipes on these sites:

Hello,
I am back. Do you have any information about the recipe for Henri's Salad dressing?
It was sold by K-mart but can not find it any more. It was dark thick yellow with a
sweet taste. I think it had celery seeds or poppy seeds also. Thanks for any help
you can give.
Richard
Hello Richard,
Sorry, there are no recipes or copycat recipes for Henri's available, as far as I
can tell. You may be able to buy it on the Internet. See:

Subject: request for Bandera Queso dip Please
Greetings!
Have been searching the internet for the Queso dip from Bandera's.
(Hillstone restaurant group.) The ingedients are some sort of cheese
or processed cheese, jalepenos or chiles. Not sure what else but it is
tasty. Banderas is part of a smaller chain around the US which includes
Houston's restaurant also.
Thanks for any help you can offer.
Karen
Hello Karen,
Sorry, no luck. There are a dozen or so requests for this on message boards
around the web with no recipes in response. That's a good sign that it's not
available and no one has been able to make a copycat.

FYI:
A while back I requested a recipe for Bandera's Queso dip. I just found this on Chowhound.
I might write to Orange Coast magazine and see if they have the exact recipe.
Found in the Dec 2002 issue of Orange Coast Magazine is the recipe as shared by CDM Bandera
Chef Nancy Martin. Exact quantities are not given.
In mixing bowl:
Well-aged grated sharp cheddar cheese
Mayonnaise
Canned chipotle peppers in adobe sauce
Fresh jalapeno
Touch of chopped green onion
Mix well until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate 2 hours prior to serving with warm tortilla chips.

Subject: Coffee cake
Star bucks coffee house used to have a divine orange-cranberry coffee cake
that was low fat. It was moist and had a delicious sponge or custard like filling.
It's hasn't been available here in Antioch for about 1 and a half years.
Hope you can find it.
Jean
Hello Jean,
Sorry, no luck with an orange-cranberry coffee cake recipe from Starbucks.
