I live in Tennessee now and often visited Chelo's Restaurant to get
their onion strip. They are thin strips of onions with a light batter
on them and were not greasy. I would also like this recipe, if you can
find it. I sure miss both of these item. Thank you in advance for your
help.
Jean
Hello Jean,
Chelo's is still in business, but I could find no mention of their onion strips,
nor are onion strips on their current menu. Sorry.

I have found many recipes for lemon squares but non have the crust on top
like Korb's Bakery. Korb's bakery was in Rhode Island for many years and
I would like to know if you could find their recipe. Thank you in advance
for your help.
Jean
Hi Jean,
Sorry, I could not find even a mention of Korb's lemon squares, although
there are lots of reminisces on message boards about the bakery itself.
