There are a couple of posts from relatives of The Chicken Coop owners - a grand-daughter and a cousin, I believe - but they have not responded to requests for the chicken recipe, of which there are many. Perhaps you may have better success if you post a request there There is also a Facebook page about The Chicken Coop called "Resurrecting the Chicken Coop." It is a private group - you must join the group to see the posts. I'm not a member, so I don't know if there's a recipe posted there.
