Andy & Greg's closed in 1991, when Andy passed away. Greg passed in 2003, and his obituary is the only mention of the Place
that I can find other than simple business listings. I found no mention of their hot dogs at all, much less their chili recipe.
Andy & Greg's last name was Stathakis. and they were of Greek descent, so you might try the Greek hot dog chili recipes on my site. One of them might be close:
