Jo, the way I search for this sort of recipe, with the type of information that you are giving me, is to use the internet
search engines. Trying to search for your recipe, with both potatoes AND sweet potatoes is giving me problems. I am getting
"hits" on dozens of recipes with either potatoes OR sweet potatoes, but not both. Using "yams" instead of "sweet potatoes"
didn't help. There does not seem to be a way to search for a recipe with both using the search engines. Sorry, but I do not
have the time nor the desire to check each one of dozens of recipes individually to try to locate one that has both. The
other ingredients you give are quite common to pork chop recipes. Unless you can give me some unique ingredient that you have
not listed, or some other unique way to identify the recipe that you want, then I must choose not to search for your recipe.
I will, however, post this request for reader input. Maybe one of my readers has such a recipe or can locate one.
