Brown ground beef, onion, green pepper in skillet. Drain and add Worcestershire sauce,
Tabasco, and simmer 1 minute. Add soup, salt, pepper, then cover and cook slowly for
20 minutes. Add drained corn. Cook noodles, drain. Put Pam on a 3-quart casserole dish.
Start with the sauce and layer sauce, noodles, cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
OPTIONAL: 1 small can sliced drained black olives, 1 small can sliced and drained mushrooms.

Ingredients:
2 ripe mangoes
2-3 tablespoons honey or to taste
1/2 cup milk
1 cup yogurt
Method:
Peel the mango skin, discard seed and cut the mangoes into small pieces.
Combine all the ingredients in an electronic mixer or blender and blend well.
Make sure the mangoes are completely blended into juice.

2 ripe mangos
3 cups of crushed ice
Sugar / milk (optional)
Peel the mangos and scrape off the flesh, using a knife. Put the mango flesh
in a blender and add the ice. Blend at medium speed to mix the ingredients.
Add sugar and milk to taste if desired. Pour out and serve immediately!
