I do not have the magazine, and I was not able to find this recipe in any of my resources.
I will post this. Perhaps one of my readers has that issue of "Bon Appetit." However, I must tell you that I have quite a backlog of posts, so it will be almost a month before yours will appear.
If you are desperate, think about locating and purchasing a copy of the February 1994 issue of Bon Appetite. I found a couple of possible sources online:
