Several years ago someone sent me large number of scanned recipes from the U.S. Woolworth's recipe manual. It was not the complete manual, only partial. I think he intended to send more at a later time, but I never heard from him again and I no
longer have his email address.
There is no recipe for baked or roasted chicken among the Woolworth's recipes that I have, and there does not appear to be
one on the web.
If you find one on the web, check the url of the site. If the url ends in "au" then that is Australia. If it ends in "za"
then that is South Africa. There are Woolworth's stores in both of those countries, but they are not the same as the U.S. Woolworths, and they do not use the same recipes.
I will post this for reader input. Perhaps someone out there has the baked chicken recipe and will contact me.
