Hello, I am wondering if anyone knows the recipe for the bakery cookies with the
Dollop of frosting on top. They are like a thumbprint cookie. They came in many
colors and were so good. I would appreciate any help finding these I can get.
The bakery was In Whitehaven Plaza near Kroger. I could have the spelling wrong.
It may be:
Radefields or Radfelds, or Radfields.

Hi Brenda,
The only mentions that I can find of Radfield's Bakery are on a Facebook page called "I Grew Up in Whitehaven (Memphis, TN)
in the 60's, 70's, or 80's". It's a nostalgia page for those who grew up in Whitehaven. You might be interested in joining
that group. You might also want to post about those cookies there.
See: I grew Up in Whitehaven
(Search for "Radfield's Bakery")
However, although there are a lot of mentions of Radfield's Bakery in the posts there, there are no recipes and no particular mention of the cookies that you describe.
This is the main page, where you can join the group: I Grew Up in Whitehaven (Memphis, TN)

I will post this for reader input. Unless someone responds, I don't see any way to find your cookie recipe. If I had the
Bakery's name for those cookies, the name that would be used by other bakeries who made the same kind of cookies, then I might
be able to find a similar recipe.
