Hi Kimberly,
It's been less than 6 months since I did a thorough search for any recipes at all from The Good Earth Restaurant with no results. I did another search today, but there is nothing new - nothing of much use to add to what I found before. See: 11-25-2024
The last existing location of "The Good Earth Restaurant", operating under the ownership of Parasole Restaurant Holdings, is located in Edina, Minnesota, in "The Galleria."
They still serve a "cashew chicken sandwich" with "tahini poppy seed dressing."

The only suggestion that I have is to try other lemon tahini poppy seed dressing recipes and, if necessary, adjust the ingredient amounts to make them as close as possible to "The Good Earth's" dressing. Here are two:
