Subject: Salad Dressing Recipe
I am looking for a salad dressing recipe made by a now-closed old Atlanta, GA
restaurant, Rio Vista. This restaurant specialized in catfish and seafood and
was open 30-40 years or more in several locations around the metro Atlanta area.
Their salad dressing seemed to be a tomato vinegar sweet and sour dressing with
small pieces of onion. Any help?
Thanks,
Mike
