Hi Uncle Phaedrus,
The Applewood Farmhouse Restaurant in Pigeon Forge use to have wonderful Trout Cakes.
On the menu they were described as "Fresh Rainbow Trout mixed with Cheese and Onions,
Pan Seared and Served with Homemade Tartar Sauce"
They took them off the menu a couple of years ago :(
Any chance of you being able to obtain the recipe for me?
