Sorry, I had no success looking for this. This quote from a message board is the best mention that I found of it: "Pasquale’s had a fantastic Pizza Bread, basically cheese and sauce on a hoagy bun, with melted butter on the bun."
You would have to have the original Pasquale's pizza sauce in order to duplicate the pizza bread, and I had no success finding a recipe for that.
