Hi Pat,

There is no recipe for "carrot soup" in my copy of the Morrison's Kitchen Manual, nor could I find any mention of it anywhere on the web.

I wrote to a former Morrison's manager that I know, and he said there was no "carrot soup" in either his Morrison's Cafeteria Kitchen Manual or in his copy of the Morrison's Hospital Services manual.

The "carrot soup" of which you speak was probably solely a creation of that Morrison's crew that cooked for your hospital in Bradenton. I think that only a former employee of that crew would have the recipe.

I will post this for reader input.
