Hi Karen,

I did not have any success searching for "Sformato Di Salmone with Italian Green Sauce"  that mentioned any connection with Chocolatier Magazine. There are recipes on the web for  "Sformato Di Salmone", and some may have a green sauce, but since they do not mention Chocolatier, then there is no indication that they are the recipe that you want. There is no database on the web of recipes published in Chocolatier Magazine, but back issues are available if you know which issue the recipe was in.

I will post this. Perhaps one of my readers has a collection of Chocolatier and would be willing to search them for the recipe. It would be helpful if you knew which issue it was in.
