Sorry, I do not  have, nor do I know anyone who has, a complete copy of the Morrison's Kitchen Manual for sale. I've never seen a copy for sale anywhere.

I know a couple of former Morrison's employees who have copies of the manual, but I believe they have only their personal copy, not an extra copy for sale.

My own personal copy is an incomplete scanned copy of the manual from the 1950s - 1960s. It does not have Morrison's recipes from the later years of the cafeteria's existence. The later versions of the manual have fewer "from scratch" recipes and more recipes using pre-made food-service products.
