Hi Meredith,

Sorry, I still cannot find any recipes or copycats for any of Hanscom's Bakery products.  I was contacted a few years ago by the Hanscom family, who told me that even they do not have any of the recipes.

I never had the pleasure of tasting any of Hanscom's products, so I would not know a similar hazelnut cake if I saw it.

I'll post this. Maybe a reader can help.
