Hi Dawn,

Note of interest: Spaghetti Caruso was invented for Enrico Caruso by the famous Chef Auguste Escoffier.

I had no success finding Gino's recipe, but there are other recipes on the web for the dish, such as this one: Spaghetti Caruso

I'll post this for reader input.
