Sorry, I do not have this recipe, and I don't think it is available. I searched for the H & H Hamburger steak/Salisbury steak recipe in 2019 with no success, and I searched again today with similar lack of success. I have never been able to locate a copy of a recipe pamphlet from H & H from the Daily News or elsewhere.
