Hello Laurel,
"Hungarian Delights," as made by Hough Bakery in Cleveland, OH and currently made by Archie's Bakery, are sandwich cookies made with raspberry and fudge filling between two butter cookies. The fudge filling is made from a particular recipe created by Hough Bakery and is still used by Archie's Bakery. It can only be made properly in the cooler months of the year.
