I did a thorough search, but I cannot find any mention of a mocha walnut layer cake from Frederick & Nelson.

There is a mocha walnut rum layer cake recipe here: Food & Wine

I will post this. Perhaps one of my readers can assist.

The only recipe that I have ever seen on the web for a Frederick & Nelson product is for the "Frango Mint Cake," and even this one may be a copycat rather than an authentic store recipe. See: 1-30-2015.

You provide a great service!  Yes, I’ve seen that recipe for Franco Mint Cake. 
Maybe one of these days I’ll make that Food & Wine recipe for the Mocha 
Rum Walnut layer cake!
