I do have the Tetrazzini recipe. See below. Note that it is a cafeteria food service recipe for 65 portions, so it will have to be adjusted for home use. I can't do that for you, sorry. Good luck with it. At least it gives you the ingredients and preparation method, if not the exact quantities for 5 or 6 servings.

Morrison's Turkey Tetrazzini (same recipe used for chicken tetrazzini) Ingredients Amount Spaghetti (thin) broken in 3-inch lengths 6 lbs Cook spaghetti, drain well, place in large mixing bowl. Margarine 1 lb 8 ozs. Melt margarine in heavy sauce pan. Onions (chopped thin) 2 lbs Celery 1 lb Add onions and celery. Saute 8 to 10 minutes over low heat. Do not allow to brown. Flour 1 lb 8 ozs. Chicken Stock 3 gals Mushrooms (stems and pieces) 2 lbs Evaporated Milk 2 cans Yellow Food Coloring 1 tsp Add flour, blend well into a smooth roux. Heat chicken stock to boiling. Add boiling chicken stock to roux and blend until smooth using wire whip. Add mushrooms, milk and food coloring Salt Pepper Add salt & pepper to taste. Pour half of the sauce over spaghetti. Mix well. Fill pan or casserole dish with mixture to approximately 1/2 inch from top. Turkey Meat 6 lbs. Cut turkey into 1/2 inch strips. Arrange on top of mixture in pan and cover with remaining sauce until pan is filled. Cheddar Cheese 3 lbs. Parmesan Cheese 3 oz. Paprika 1 oz. Grate cheddar cheese and blend together with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Sprinkle over the top. Bake in moderate oven until golden brown. Yield: 65 generous portions.
