Yes, the site is still active, but I had zero success finding any mention of this cake. A former Rich's Bake Shop Holiday Manager has informed me that none of the cakes were actually baked in the Rich's stores. They were baked by Danco Bakery Distributors and delivered frozen to the individual stores. So, that makes it unlikely that this recipe is available.
Where did you get the recipe before?

I can't find any fruitcake recipe that calls for 2 quarts of pecans, either.
