Well, I see that Dojo's menu called the dressing "tahini sauce," but it was also just called "Dojo Dressing" and "Carrot Ginger Dressing." There is a photo of Dojo's menu here: Dojo's Menu
I could not find a recipe that is authentically the original Dojo's recipe, but I found a number of copycat recipes for Dojo's Dressing:

Some of the copycat recipes call for tahini and some do not. There is no way that I can authenticate any of them. You'll have to make them to see which one you like the best.
