Hello Mike,
I did some researching, but I didn't have much luck. Finding out the brand of a food service product used by a restaurant is problematic. Information like that is something that rarely gets posted on the Internet.Your best bet is to talk to an employee or former employee of "Po' Folks." As of June 2023, there were five Po'Folks locations remaining in Florida (in Callaway, Lynn Haven, Niceville, Pensacola and St. Petersburg). Call them (each one in turn until one tells you something about the molasses). The Po' Folks website is here: Po Folks
A former Po' Folks manager has a Facebook page. He hasn't been posting in a while, but if you post a message to him, he might respond. You could also send him a direct message. See: Po' Folks Family Restaurant
You can also try posting a request on this Appalachian Foods site. These people discuss Po' Folks a lot and some of them may be ex-employees of Po' Folks: Appalachian Foods
Do you have a "Cracker Barrel" in your area? If you do, check their gift shop. They might have the same kind of molasses there that "Po' Folks" used. They sell a lot of countrified products in their gift shops.
If all else fails, find some "old-fashioned sorghum molasses." That's not a brand - it's a type of molasses that they use a lot in the South. Sorghum molasses are made from sorghum juice instead of sugar cane juice, and they are a bit different in taste from cane molasses.

You're the best, thank you so much
