I searched for the chicken tortilla soup recipe in 2020. See: 3-30-2020
I had no success today finding an acceptable recipe or copycat for either of these in any of my sources.
There are two cookbooks of copycat recipes for Outback dishes available on Amazon. One or both of your requested recipes might be in them:
