Well, "Reuben's" has always been a popular name for restaurants, but I think you mean the steakhouse chain variously called "Reuben's" and "Reuben's Plankhouse" and which also operated "Reuben's Steamboat".

I found a couple of menus from Reuben's and Reuben's Steamboat, but they didn't have "crab stuffed mushrooms" listed as an appetizer. See:

The only mention of "crab stuffed mushrooms" that I could find in relation to a restaurant named "Reuben's" in San Diego or Orange County was on these message boards:

No recipes, just memories. They do mention that these were served with Hollandaise sauce.

There may be other "crab stuffed mushrooms with Hollandaise sauce" recipes on the web, but there would be no connection between them and "Reuben's."

I will post this for reader input.
