Sorry, I cannot find any mention of a "ZCMI Peppermint Candy" and there's just not enough information other than the name "ZCMI" for me to locate anything similar. Unless someone has created a "copycat", there may not be any sort of recipe in existence. It may have been a commercial candy manufactured by a candy company and not something that could be made at home.

I will post this for reader input. Maybe someone can recommend a "tastes-like" candy.
