Hello Steve,
The name of the place was "Fontaine's" on V.F.W. Parkway. The chicken was "Fontaine's Topsy's Fried Chicken".
Since Fontaine's closed,there have been a couple of places that served chicken that was supposed to taste like Topsy's,but they're both closed now:
Skyline, Marina Bay restaurant. Quincy, MA.
Cruiser's on Main, Walpole, MA.
Blue Ribbon BBQ, 342 Washington St, Dedham, MA serves chicken they call "Topsy's" but it's doubtful that it's the same.
You might try posting on these Facebook pages, but there's no Topsy's chicken recipe posted on them:
