Note: Can also be made with celery soup.

Cream of Chicken Soup Gravy

Ingredients:
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can cold water
1 packet chicken or turkey gravy mix

Instructions:

Cream of Mushroom Soup Gravy with Marsala Wine

Ingredients:
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 packet beef gravy mix
1 cups Marsala wine

Instructions:
Combine 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 packet beef gravy mix and 1 cup Marsala
wine in a medium size saucepan. Whisk the contents of the saucepan over medium
heat until well blended. Cook for 10 minutes while stirring continuously. Season the
gravy with salt and pepper to taste before serving.

Note: I use Campbell's Healthy choice can soups with McCormick's reduced sodium
gravy mixes. Other rich, flavorful red wines can e used in place of the Marsala.
