Hi Tom,
Well, I have uncertainties about your request. You don't give the location of the fair. There are lots of county fairs and state fairs around the country, and every town of any size usually has a Kiwanis Club. Operating food booths at fairs is something a lot of Kiwanis Clubs do, and they most all probably offer corn dogs. Does every Kiwanis Club use the same corn dog recipe at their fair food stands? I don't know - do you?
I did a search for just "Kiwanis Club corn dogs", and I found that the ones most often mentioned are those served at the Kiwanis food stand at the Manatee County Fair in Palmetto, Florida. Is that the one you mean? Everything I read about that one says that the recipe is top secret and is kept in a safe. These stands are probably operated by the same people every year, so there's not much way for the recipe to get out. There is no recipe, not even a copycat or a "tastes-like", on the Internet or in our library. Sorry.
I'll post this for reader input.
