I had some free time this morning, so I decided that I'd try to find out something regarding "Gladstone's grill chicken."  I had never heard of it and I had no idea where it was located or even whether the name of the place was "Gladstone's Grill" or just "Gladstone's Restaurant" that had "grilled chicken" on the menu. "Gladstone's Grilled Chicken" was a family restaurant specializing in grilled chicken and wings. They were at 5203 E Fowler Ave in Temple Terrace, Florida, which is a suburb of Tampa, FL. They closed a few years ago and then reopened in 2018 as a caterer called "Gladiator's Grilled Chicken" at  9320 Sunset Dr., in Tampa, Florida. They had Facebook pages as Gladstone's: Gladstone's Grilled Chicken and then as Gladiator's: Gladiator's Grilled Chicken.

They also had a website, or were planning to, but it appears to be gone or to have never materialized. There does not appear to have been any activity on either Facebook page since 2019, so they may not be in business at all now.

I read some reviews of Gladstone's, and they were a mixed bag. Some loved it and some didn't.

I could not find any detailed description of their grilled chicken, much less a recipe or a copycat recipe or even a "tastes-like" recommendation.

I will post this for reader input. Perhaps we'll hear from someone who has direct knowledge of their chicken.

Thank you so much.  You did find the right one in Florida on Fowler Ave.  
They did close.  My husband and I use to go there for date night.  I miss 
the restaurant.  Thank you again for your help.
