I didn't have any success finding this. A search like this is problematic:
You don't have a name for the dish. You don't say where you originally got the recipe. There are a lot of similar recipes, but I didn't find one that ticks all of the boxes. How was it cooked? Most of the similar recipes have rice or noodles, which yours doesn't. Most of the similar recipes call for cream of mushroom soup OR cream of chicken soup, but not both.
The only way to do such a search would be to list all of your ingredients as key words in Google Search and then go and check every suggestion Google gives you to see if one of them ticks all of the boxes. Sorry, that kind of search would take more time than I am willing to give it. Perhaps you can do such a search yourself.
I will post this for reader input. Perhaps one of my readers can help.
