Sorry, I do not have this recipe and I had no success finding it. I do have the Morrison's Cafeteria turkey & dressing recipes. They might be a worthy substitute: Morrison's Cafeteria Turkey and Dressing

I also have the Luby's Cafeteria recipe for cornbread dressing: Luby's Cafeteria Cornbread Dressing

And finally, I have the Wyatt's Cafeteria recipe for cornbread dressing: Wyatt's Cafeteria Cornbread Dressing

These two are both Texas cafeterias and their cornbread dressing was highly regarded.
