Bakersfield is famous for its Basque culture and restaurants serving Basque food, but I cannot find even one recipe that specifically says it is from "Chalet Basque in Bakersfield." There are a few Bakersfield Basque Restaurant recipes on the web but they just say "Basque recipe from Bakersfield" and they do not specify which restaurant. If you want me to locate a specific Basque recipe, (one at a time, please) give me the name of the dish as it would appear on a menu and I will try to find it, but it may not be from "Chalet Basque."
