It's been years since I searched for this. What I found back then regarding a sauce recipe is on those pages:
I did not find any better information today except for a description of how the burger was prepared:
"The Giant was prepared upside down, as were all the sandwiches. First, the crowns (top) of the buns were placed on the left side of the grill in two rows of six, then the centers and bottoms next to them and the cheese added to the centers. Now put down 24 patties. Once the patties were flipped, take the crowns off and place them in the cardboard ring collars on the orbit table (that name is a whole other story). The centers and bottoms were transferred to the meat. Now the sauce and lettuce were added to the crowns, the bottoms stacked onto the centers and then transferred to the crowns. WHEW! Bet that was more than you wanted to know!" - John
