Sorry, I cannot find even a mention of this cake. I will post this for reader input.
I have had contact with a former Rich's Bake Shop Holiday Manager who informed me that none of the cakes were actually baked in the Rich's stores. They were baked by Danco Bakery Distributors and delivered frozen to the individual stores.
