Hi Sharon,
I had no success in finding S & S Cafeteria's chess pie recipe. The only mention of it that I found was on a scan of the S & S menu.
I will post this. Maybe someone with personal knowledge of the S & S pie has it or can recommend a close "tastes-like" recipe.
