Here's the story on the Pizza Hut cavatini recipe:
I had no success locating the actual Pizza Hut cavatini recipe. It does not appear to be available. Pizza Hut has likely not ever given it up. They're probably guarding it tightly in case they decide to bring it back someday.
There are several recipes on the web for "copycat" recipes for Pizza Hut cavatini. Here are links to three of them:

I have no idea which one is the best.
In order to duplicate Pizza Hut's cavatini closely, you would need Pizza Hut spaghetti sauce. However, that recipe is also not available. There is a copycat recipe for it here: Pizza Hut Sauce
Note that it calls for "Prego" spaghetti sauce as a starting base. Many of the copycat recipes for Pizza Hut cavatini also call for a jar of "Prego" spaghetti sauce as a starting base for the sauce. So, that would be my choice.
