Hi Diana,
Sorry, I do not have it. I did a search of all of my resources and I cannot find a recipe for "Congo Pie" at all, just "Congo Squares."
I was going to suggest that you post your request on the Facebook page called "I Miss McKenzie's Bakery", but I see that you have already done so.
I'll post this for reader input.
