Sorry, I do not have any recipes from Proctor's and I had no success finding any Proctor's recipes in any of my sources.
The "Palm Beach Past" message board has a lot of discussion about Proctors and people have posted three or more attempts at duplicating Proctor's tartar sauce there. The tartar sauce recipes are very similar, so maybe you can make a tartar sauce from them that's in the ball park.
