Sorry, I had no success locating a recipe for Horn & Hardart cheesecake. There are scans of the H & H menu online:
That H & H menu has only one entry for cheesecake, and it is listed as "French cheesecake."
There are recipes online for "French cheesecake", but I cannot recommend one as being similar to that of H & H because I never had H & H cheesecake.

I did find a recipe for H & H "pineapple cheese pie." It's a copycat or tastes-like and it's not what you were looking for, but you might want to try it. See: Pineapple Cheese Pie
