Sorry, there is still no evidence that I can find of Morrison's ever serving a dish called "Spaghetti Salad." I have searched two different copies of Morrison's Recipe Manual, and there is no such dish listed. There is a recipe in the manual for "Pasta Salad", but it calls for fettucine, not spaghetti. I have asked two former Morrison's Cafeteria managers about "Spaghetti Salad," and they know of no dish with that name. I searched for this previously, with the same results, in 2012. See: 03-07-2012

Perhaps that is the same dish, if you substitute spaghetti for the fettucine?
Morrison's allowed individual locations a bit of leeway to serve dishes that were not part of the Morrison's menu. Perhaps that is the case here. If so, then there is no source for the recipe except those who were on the staff of that particular Morrison's at which you ate it.
