I could not find any mention of the pork Dijon from The Country Place in Atlanta, although that restaurant appears to have been very popular at one time.
There are other pork Dijon, pork chops Dijon, and pork tenderloin Dijon recipes on the web, but since they don't mention "The Country Place", I could not recommend them as being similar.
I'll post this for reader input.
