Hi Michelle,

Sorry, I had no success finding this recipe on the web. I have a Kansas City, MO cookbook that has a few recipes from Costello's Greenhouse, but not the one for zucchini bread.

I'll post this for reader input.

According to my index, the four recipes that I have from Costello's Greenhouse are in this cookbook: "Dining In Kansas City" by James Rieger and Boots Mathews

They are:

fried artichoke hearts
tossed salad & blue cheese dressing
seafood stuffed zucchini
wedding soup
