Hello Patty,
Sorry, but I had no success with this recipe. The only mention at all that I can find of it is as a menu item on a photo of an old Horn & Hardart menu where it is listed like this: "Sliced Chicken Salad, Tomato Slices, Egg." That's it - no other mention anywhere on the Internet or in any of my other sources.
This will be posted for reader input.
